We are into the business of holistic performance enhancement since last 9 years through various talent development initiatives effecting required knowledge, skill, desire environment and opportunity. We have helped about 8000 individuals of 50 organizations in these 9 years of learning experience.

Who we are

Dinesh Oza is an ATD (USA) Certified Professional in Learning & Performance with 19 years experience in talent development, Certified Executive coach and Certified Professional Behaviral Analyst, partnered with about 50 organisations & helped about 8000 professionals in improving their performance.

He has collaborated with corporate like Axis Bank, KPTL, Micro Labs, Met Life, MSPVL (Adani Solar), SBI Life for identifying learning needs, conducting needs assessments, and producing actionable strategic plans and eventually developing customized learning solutions, facilitating learning and reporting quantifiable outcomes.

He has maximised existing and future business capabilities through one to one coaching of Executives at Kotak Life, Amtech Electronics, LIC, Tata Motors etc

Facilitated learning at various leading corporate like Lupin Pharma, Baxter India, Torrent Power, Adani Enterprises, IOCL, SBI Life, Ultratech Cements, Shell Oil, Shapporji Pallonji Construction, HDFC Bank and RBL Bank etc.

Partnered with a leading Solar Manufacturer belonging to Gujarat based global group, in developing the right behavioural competency among the new recruits and employees since 2019.
Conducted induction program for employees as well as operators that helped to reduce the attrition level. Have successfully inducted more than 500 operators and employees
